Store Manager

Manage the daily operations of the store and lead the team to achieve company performance and profitability goals. Develop a team of employees who are trained and committed to providing total customer satisfaction while following the company’s core values.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Create and execute plans to increase revenue and profit
  • Review, prepare and submit profit and loss statements
  • Manage delinquent accounts and take legal action when necessary
  • Follow-up to ensure all policies, procedures, and standards are followed  
  • Monitor store performance, customer satisfaction, and employee training
  • Update employees on store results, company vision, promotions, and new products
  • Conduct inventory weekly to manage, and secure store assets
  • Maintain proper record keeping as required
  • Recruit, interview, hire and develop new employees
  • Resolve customer complaints to achieve 100% customer satisfaction
  • Order merchandise, equipment, and supplies according to company guidelines
  • Execute PO ordering system

Assistant Manager

Sales Manager

Grow store accounts and revenue to achieve company goals. Create loyal customer relationships while assisting customers on the floor and phone with their wheel and tire purchase. 

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Work all sales leads and track in CRM
  • Advise customers on payment options
  • Assist customer with completion of their order form and required documents
  • Execute PO ordering system
  • Manage special orders for customers per company guidelines
  • Manage social media accounts
  • Maintain sales floor
  • Maintain all marketing elements
  • Attend car shows
  • Develop a marketing plan to drive traffic to the store

Account Manager

Display excellent customer service skills while contacting and interacting with delinquent customers by telephone, mail, and field collections to achieve company collections goals.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Verify references and approve order form
  • Close all agreements
  • Accept customer payments and establish proper due dates
  • Respond to customer complaints and resolve within company standards
  • Document all customer contacts and commitments
  • Plan and conduct field collections to maximize customer contact
  • Conduct field visits, skip trace and recover merchandise as required   
  • Make educated decisions on delinquent customers  
  • Recommend and take legal action on past due accounts when appropriate

Tire Tech

Properly install custom wheels and tires on vehicles while following all company safety guidelines. Effectively maintain shop organization and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Mount, balance, and install customer wheels and tires
  • Operate both computer balancer and tire machine
  • Complete work orders and related paperwork
  • Conduct flat repairs
  • Install and program TPMS sensors
  • Follow all safety guidelines including vehicle torque policy
  • Update store manager on a needed accessories and tools
  • Maintain, organize, and clean shop and equipment
  • Conduct planned maintenance on tools and shop equipment
